Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 c. persimmons
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar and oleo.
    Add the persimmons, milk, eggs and vanilla and mix well.
    Sift together and add to liquid the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and soda.
    Mix well.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
