Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1 3/4 c. milk, divided
3/4 c. sugar, divided
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 egg whites
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated coconut, divided
Preparation
-
Mix flour, cornstarch, egg, egg yolks and 1/2 cup milk in mixing bowl.
Mix until even.
Set aside.
