Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rounded c. flour
    2/3 c. shortening
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into a bowl.
    Crumble in the shortening as for pies.
    Punch hole in milk can and drizzle over the pan of flour mixture.
    With a spatula, mix together the milk and dry ingredients.
    Form into a ball, wrap in Saran Wrap and store in the refrigerator.
