Citrus Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. orange rind, grated
1 (9-inch) pie shell
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. orange juice
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and flour.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Blend eggs, syrup, orange juice, rind and pecans into dry ingredients. Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
