Helen'S Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 yeast cake
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and Crisco with a fork or pastry blender until it looks like meal.
Melt yeast in warm water.
Mix yeast and buttermilk in flour mixture.
Mix well. Dump on cutting board and knead good.
Roll and cut with biscuit cutter.
Put on cookie sheet and freeze.
After frozen put a dip of Crisco on top of each biscuit.
Bag.
When ready to use cook in cold oven at 400\u00b0
for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
