Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. corn tortillas (10 or more), torn in bite size pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; pour off grease. Add chilies, soups (no water), enchilada sauce and milk. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Put layer of tortillas, meat mixture on top of tortillas, then layer of grated cheese. Repeat layers. BAKE AT 350\u00b0 FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES, UNTIL BUBBLY.
