Date Torte Nut Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped dates
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks separately.
Add sugar.
Mix dates in 1 tablespoon flour.
Add nuts, rest of flour and baking powder.
Add egg whites.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
