Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. canned yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot (small), grated
    1/2 pt. sour cream or thick buttermilk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. seasonal stuffing mix (small bag)
    1 stick margarine
    melted cheese as desired
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, carrot, margarine, sour cream, soup and milk.
    Add 1/2 of stuffing mix.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch greased casserole dish.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix and margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 until fluffy, about 30 to 40 minutes.
