Baked Ham And Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. whole ham
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)
    3 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cut away the rind (if any), being careful not to remove fat. Then cut fat surface into diamond pattern and place ham, fat side up, on rack.
    Mix glaze ingredients until smooth and brush ham surface thoroughly (using about 1/3 mixture).
    Place uncovered in preheated 300\u00b0 oven.
    Bake 3 hours, brushing lightly with glaze mixture every 30 minutes.
    During last 45 minutes of baking, place whole cloves in each diamond.
    Garnish top with pineapple slices with a maraschino cherry on pineapple.
    Dip pineapple in garnish. You can use red and green cherries at Christmas.
    Real pretty.
