Oriental Baked Pork Or Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef roast or boneless pork roast (choose your cut)
    4 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. peanut butter
    1 tsp. pub style coarse ground mustard
    1 Tbsp. mashed garlic or diced fine garlic
    scant pinch of ginger
    2 Tbsp. sherry wine
    2 to 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 3 drops hot sauce
Preparation
    Trim outside fat off meat if necessary to 1/4-inch cover.
    Cut 1/2-inch deep slits in top about every inch so marinate can soak in.
