Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/3 c. shortening (Crisco)
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening.
    Add water and mix well.
    Add vinegar and egg; mix well.
    It's ready to use or let set in refrigerator until cold.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days or roll out and put in pans and freeze.
