Deluxe Pumpkin Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 c. light cream (20%)
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Crunchy Pecan Topping
    1/4 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, pumpkin, cream, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt until smooth.
    Pour into a six 6 ounce custard cup.
    Place cups in baking pan, 15 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Pour very hot water into pan to within 1/2-inch of the top of the cups. Bake 20 minutes.
    Prepare Crunchy Topping.
