Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Beat egg with fork; fold in milk and oil.
    Blend dry ingredients; stir in just until flour is moistened.
    Fold blueberries gently into mixture.
    Fill greased muffin cups about 2/3 full.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
