Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine eggs, sugar, margarine, vanilla and lemon juice. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 or 50 minutes.
