Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (48 wafers)
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
5 bananas, thinly sliced
1 large can crushed pineapple
12 oz. Cool Whip
chopped pecans or walnuts
chocolate syrup
cherries
Preparation

Mix crumbs and melted margarine together.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat sugar, margarine and vanilla until fluffy and spread.
Layer bananas over sugar mixture.
Drain pineapple and spread over bananas.
Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Drizzle chocolate syrup.
Garnish with cherries.
Chill overnight.
