Empanaditas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. shredded cabbage
salt to taste
1/2 c. onion
4 cans biscuits
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green onion
1 tomato, diced
Preparation

Brown meat and drain.
Add the vegetables and spices and let simmer.
When done, drain very well.
Roll the biscuits in circles. Place 1 spoonful of the meat mixture into the center and fold over making a half circle.
Press the edges with a fork making sure the biscuit is well sealed.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
