Cinnamon Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 apples, thinly sliced and tossed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. apple juice
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation

Coat a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
Add the apples.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, raisins and cinnamon.
Drizzle with the apple juice, honey and oil.
Combine well.
Sprinkle over the fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are hot and tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 12.
