Hungarian Beef Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 clove crushed garlic
1 1/2 c. water
4 medium potatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge meat.
Brown meat and onion in cooking fat.
Pour off drippings.
Sprinkle paprika, marjoram and garlic over meat.
Add water; cover tightly and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
Add potatoes and tomato sauce and continue cooking for 30 minutes or until meat is done.
