Italian Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut up
    2 cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1 can Italian style zucchini
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. Uncle Ben's long grain white rice
    1/2 c. Rosa Marina
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    5 c. boiling water
Preparation
    In a large skillet or electric frypan saute onion in olive oil.
    Add chicken until lightly browned; drain.
    Add cans of stewed tomatoes and zucchini and garlic powder.
    Bring to boil. Reduce heat immediately and simmer 20 minutes.
