Lemon Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon jello
4 eggs
shake of salt
3/4 c. salad oil
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Preparation

Add boiling water to jello.
While this is cooling, break eggs into mixing bowl; mix lightly and add salt.
Add oil, then add cooled jello followed by cake mix.
Beat thoroughly and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes (Be sure done).
While still hot, pierce cake all over with toothpick or fork.
Then pour over cake a mixture of 2 cups confectioners sugar and 1/2 cup lemon concentrate.
This will soak into cake and form glaze on top.
