Spicy Chicken Chunks (Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 oz. deboned and skinned chicken, cut in 1-inch squares
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
1 tsp. hot sauce or Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
dash of garlic powder
1 tsp. salad oil
Preparation

Put chicken in glass or plastic bowl.
Add hot sauce and stir lightly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Mix flour with salt and spices.
Remove chicken from hot sauce; roll in flour mixture (using it up completely).
Heat oil in small skillet until HOT.
Fry the chicken chunks until they are cooked and crispy.
