Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten slightly
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put sliced apples in a 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg together until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Drizzle butter over mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 40 minutes.
