Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean stew beef or top round
2 large onions, minced
1 1/2 peppers, minced
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. salt
1 large can peeled tomatoes
6 to 7 diced small potatoes
1 small can tomato paste
Preparation

Cube stew beef or steak (size of dice).
In separate pan, add large can peeled tomatoes.
Add 1 small can tomato paste.
Add softened onion and peppers.
After browning meat, add to other ingredients.
Let simmer for a couple of hours after adding caraway seeds.
Peel and dice small potatoes and add to simmering ingredients.
When potatoes are soft, let simmer or serve the next day.
