    1/3 c. Mazola oil
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (No. 2) can tomato juice
    3 tsp. sugar
    additional Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 bottle catsup
    1 can pizza sauce
Preparation
Simmer onion in oil until it turns yellow.
Take out onion and put in small bowl.
In another bowl, add hamburger, egg, salt, pepper and 3 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese.
    Mix together.
Make into balls, drop in oil and brown.
In a large pan, empty tomato juice, sugar, a little more salt and pepper, a little more Parmesan cheese and the garlic.
Add simmered onions and browned meat balls. Let simmer for about 1 hour.
    Add catsup and pizza sauce.
    Simmer for 1 more hour.
