4 medium potatoes
3 large Vidalia onions
1 c. Ranch salad dressing
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Slice\tpotatoes
and\tcook
in
water.
Drain.
Slice onions.
Layer
potatoes and onions in 10 x 13-inch glass dish sprayed
with
cooking
oil.
Pour\tdressing over potatoes and onions.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncover and bake 10 minutes more to brown.
