Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    3 cans cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. milk or ham or chicken broth
    1 lb. butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/2 chopped onions (optional)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well all the ingredients listed in a large bowl.
    Pour into 2 sprayed 13 x 9-inch pans or 1 large pan (such as a restaurant chaffer pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. Serves 65.
