Easy Cheesy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small, chopped onion
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (regular or Mexican)
    1 carton sour cream
    1 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; pour off excess grease.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 1/2 to 2/3 Velveeta cheese to ground beef until melted.
    Lightly butter and warm tortillas.
    Fill tortillas with ground beef mixture; roll and place in baking dish.
    Melt remainder of Velveeta and sour cream and pour over enchiladas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
