Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    2 to 3 garlic cloves
    2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Place cutting blade in food processor bowl.
    Process eggs, a few tablespoons of the oil and remaining ingredients (except oil) until garlic cloves are completely chopped fine.
    While machine is running, pour remaining oil through the feed tube in a slow, steady stream.
    The longer the processor runs, the thicker the mayonnaise.
