Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head iceberg lettuce
    1 medium thinly sliced purple onion
    1 small head cauliflower
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated
    1 lb. (more if desired) crisp, crumbled bacon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch seasoned salad dressing
Preparation
    Break up lettuce in large container.
    Slice onion over lettuce. Break the cauliflower into small pieces or slice.
    Spread uncooked frozen peas.
    Sprinkle cheese over next layer.
    Fry bacon until crisp and crumble over top.
    Mix the mayonnaise with Hidden Valley Ranch salad seasoning; mix well.
    Spread mayonnaise mixture carefully over entire top of salad.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly before serving.
