Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pack into 2 pie plates.
Freeze unbaked until ready to use.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
