Tangy Grilled Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large zucchini
lemon pepper
Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
pinch of garlic powder
Preparation

Slice zucchini lengthwise about 1/3-inch thick, creating long thick zucchini steaks.
Sprinkle both sides with lemon pepper and then with Parmesan cheese.
Grill first side on barbecue pit over hot flame.
Then baste with melted butter with garlic powder. Turn over and baste the other side.
Grill until light brown. Serve as vegetable dish; substitute for meat or on hamburger buns as a sandwich.
