Corn Casserole #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    8 1/2 oz. muffin mix
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 (17 oz.) can whole corn
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute green peppers and onion in margarine.
    Combine with remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
