Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel
    1 (10 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions and pepper in skillet.
    Mix beans, Ro-Tel and chicken soup together in a large bowl.
    Grease bottom of casserole dish.
    Place uncooked tortillas in bottom of dish.
    Layer meat, beans, Ro-Tel and soup.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place layer of tortilla shells on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
