Vegetable Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli-cauliflower-carrots, thawed
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 jar chopped pimentos
    1 can French fried onions
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine frozen vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Top with rest of cheese and onions and bake for 5 more minutes.
