Ingredients

1 qt. sweet apple cider
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. crushed mint leaves
1 qt. ginger ale, unchilled
Preparation

Pour fruit juices into a 2-quart pan.
Add mint and bring to a boil.
Strain.
Bring to a boil again.
Add ginger ale and serve at once.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
