Augratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 - 5 potatoes
double handfuls of onions, chopped
1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 cup cavenders Greek seasoning
tub butter
velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch slices
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice potatoes with skins on.
Put in pot with onions bacon and seasonings.
Cover with water.
Boil until potatoes are soft.
Pour off excess water.
In cake pan or large baking dish, add a layer of potatoes, salt and pepper, spoonfuls of butter and cheese.
Repeat several times.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until butter and cheese are melted. Serve hot.
