Pistachio Jello Salad(Watergate Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 to 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional)
6 to 8 maraschino cherries (optional)
Preparation

Put pudding mix into a medium size mixing bowl; add crushed pineapple and stir well until jello is dissolved.
Add whipped topping and blend well.
Stir in marshmallows (and coconut, if desired) and stir until well blended.
