Cheese Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 oz.) cake yeast or 2 pkg. dry
    1/4 c. scalded coffee cream or half and half, cooled to lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in cream; add sugar.
    Set aside to ferment. Cut butter into the flour, salt and baking powder; same as for pie crust.
    Add egg yolks and the yeast mixture.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add more flour, if necessary to make a soft dough.
    Divide dough into 2 parts.
    Roll one part to cover the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
