Kidney Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 clove crushed garlic
dash of dry mustard
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix all together and chill.
Serve on crackers.
Really good, few calories too.
