Pig In A Blanket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. oats
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 (No. 2) can kraut
1 medium head cabbage
Preparation

Combine meat, onion, oats, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomatoes. Shape in rolls size of large egg.
Wilt cabbage leaves in hot water.
Roll meat rolls in cabbage leaves.
In 8 x 8-inch casserole, place layer of kraut (1/2 can).
Place meat rolls on top of kraut and cover with rest of kraut and tomatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
