Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. coconut
    16 oz. whipped topping
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Bake cake in two layers.
    Prepare pudding, using box directions.
    Put 1 layer of cooled cake in large punch bowl. Layer 1/2 of each of the other ingredients on cake, ending with whipped topping.
    Repeat beginning with the remaining cake layer. Use large spoon for serving.
