Mr. Lynch'S La Follette U.M.C. Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted Crisco

Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Beat whole eggs until light and lemon colored.
Add milk.
Fold in flour mixture.
Stir until smooth.
Add melted Crisco and vinegar. Bake at 380\u00b0 on electric frying pan. To prevent sticking, rub pan with paper towel and a few drops of oil or Crisco.
