Macaroni And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. macaroni
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sharp or extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
milk (as needed)
2 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package. Mix together eggs and evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold in cheese and macaroni. Add milk to make mixture soupy. Pour into casserole dish and dot with margarine. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
