Dump Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 oz.) pkg. white or yellow cake mix
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 to 1 c. butter
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Dump in pineapple, swirling it around to fill corners.
    Dump in pie filling, pushing it around until layers of fruit are even.
    Sprinkle cake mix over fruit to cover all.
    Melt butter and dribble over top.
    Sprinkle nuts over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is light brown. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip and ice cream.
