Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    5 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Blend cheese with 1 cup sugar.
    Add eggs and 2 tablespoons vanilla; beat for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Fill cupcake papers half full. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes (center will drop).
    Mix 1/4 cup sugar with sour cream and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
    Fill center of cupcakes, using 1 tablespoon each.
    Put back in oven for 7 minutes.
    Refrigerate or freeze. Top with preserves.
