Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. shredded, reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (1 1/2 c.)
1 pkg. Green Giant frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. half and half
2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (1/2 c.)
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 8-inch square (1 1/2-quart) baking dish with nonstick spray.
Layer Cheddar cheese, spinach, sausage, mushrooms and green onions in dish.
In medium bowl, combine eggs and half and half; blend well.
Pour egg mixture evenly over layered mixture.
Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and paprika.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let set for 5 minutes.
