Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. potatoes
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Mix cheese, salt and pepper.
    Roll potatoes in cheese mixture and put in baking dish with melted margarine.
    Stir every 15 to 20 minutes.
    Potatoes cook faster if covered, about 45 minutes to 1 hour, but uncover last few minutes to brown.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
