Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo, softened
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines Butter Golden cake mix
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    20 oz. can pre-sliced apples, well drained or 2 1/2 c. sliced, pared baking apples cooked slightly
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
    Mix in coconut.
    Pat mixture lightly into ungreased pan 13 x 9 x 2-inches, building up sides slightly.
    Bake 10 minutes. Arrange apple slices on warm crust.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on apples.
    Blend sour cream and eggs; drizzle on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until edges are light brown.
    Do not overbake.
    May be served warm or cold.
    Serves 12 to 15.
