Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooking apples, sliced (Winesap/Rome)
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low (optional)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 unbaked 9-inch pie crusts
Preparation
    Heat apple juice.
    Add apples; cover and simmer until tender. Blend cornstarch with enough water to make a smooth paste.
    Stir in cornstarch; add spice and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Dot with butter and add a second crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    (Add Sweet 'N Low if you choose, as apples vary in sweetness.)
