Mushroom Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pat out ground beef into patties.
    Brown, then drain off the fat.
    Mix mushroom soup and water together.
    Pour over patties. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with mashed potatoes or with rice.
